🎯 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead the team on the shop floor and set the example on every shift.

• Connect with every customer: listen, recommend and create a personalized experience.

• Close sales with style, speed and precision.

• Handle store opening and closing, cash management, stock control and shift reports.

• Keep the space flawless: order, stock, visuals and details.

• Support the Coach and the team: collaborate, contribute ideas and stay ready for anything.

• Receive and launch new collections with impact.

⚡ WHO ARE YOU?

• You naturally transmit confidence, style and leadership.

• You have retail experience and have led teams (Key Lead, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar); if it’s in fashion or streetwear, even better.

• You’re organized, fast and detail-oriented.

• You can read the customer and offer immediate solutions.

• You speak Spanish and English.

• You’re fully available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
