🎯 WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead the store: inspire the team and set the standard of excellence on every shift.

• Train and coach the team: day-to-day coaching so everyone sells better and embodies COLD.

• Drive results: sales targets, customer experience and store standards.

• Keep the space flawless: order, stock, visuals and details always at the highest level.

• Coordinate shifts, opening and closing, cash management and reports together with your Key Lead.

• Launch new collections with impact.

• Work with your Area Manager to make Berlin a benchmark store.

⚡ WHO ARE YOU?

• You naturally transmit confidence, style and leadership.

• You have experience leading retail teams; if it’s in fashion or streetwear, even better.

• You know how to motivate, give feedback and train your team.

• You’re organized, fast and detail-oriented.

• You speak Spanish and English.

• You’re fully available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
