WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the way: manage daily store operations and inspire your team.
• Grow the team: train, support, and develop Store Managers and their squads.
• Hit the goals: analyze KPIs, build action plans, and exceed targets.
• Keep the vibe: make sure every store breathes COLD – visual, music, and energy.
• Bridge with HQ: execute product launches, campaigns, and retail strategies.
• Own the stock: control inventory, logistics, and in-store availability.
• Spot the next move: identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Raise the standard: deliver next-level customer experience every time.
• Report what matters: deliver insights, feedback, and store needs to leadership.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced: at least 1 year as a Store Manager, Retail Supervisor, or similar fashion or streetwear a huge plus.
• Leader energy: people-first, motivating, and ready to grow talent.
• Number smart: deep understanding of KPIs, retail metrics, and commercial thinking.
• Strategic & sharp: organized, solution-driven, and always thinking one step ahead.
• Streetwear soul: passionate about urban fashion, culture, and lifestyle.
• Fluent in English – other languages? Bring it on.
