We’re on the hunt for someone bold, driven, and with serious leadership energy to take charge of one of our COLD stores: La Roca (Barcelona)

What You'll Do:

• Lead the store and the team like it’s your own brand  because it kind of is.
• Deliver next-level customer experiences that turn visitors into loyal fans.
• Build and smash sales strategies with your team and go beyond the numbers.
• Keep the space looking 🔥: stock, visuals, layout  every detail counts.
• Manage budgets and hit KPIs without losing the vibe.
• Coach, inspire, and empower your team to grow and thrive.
• Handle challenges like a pro conflict, problems, last-minute changes… You’re the calm.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing a retail store (fashion or streetwear = extra points).
• Leadership that motivates, challenges, and supports without ego.
• Strong sense of style, creativity, and brand alignment with COLD.
• Organized, hands-on, and obsessed with doing things well.
• Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and team management.
• Fluent in English (C1), other languages are a plus.
• Available for weekends and holidays we’re here when our people are.

Your Daily Flow:

• Lead the day check in with the team, set goals, set the tone.
• Keep the floor sharp visuals, layout, energy.
• Support and coach the team feedback, motivation, real talk.
• Analyze results and take action this isn’t about luck, it’s about mindset.
• Welcome drops, manage stock, and be on top of the game always.
